The Opportunity Reporting into senior finance leadership, the Commercial Finance Manager will act as a key business partner across multiple functions, providing financial insight and challenge to support operational and commercial decision-making.

It is ideally suited to a recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 1-2 years' post-qualified experience who is looking to broaden their commercial finance skillset and grow alongside a high-performing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with commercial and operational stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insight and challenge.
- Support strategic decision-making through robust analysis, modelling and performance evaluation.
- Deliver weekly and monthly trading analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities and key business drivers.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Evaluate commercial initiatives, investment opportunities and business cases.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability, sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Support senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis and presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning and finance processes.
- Work collaboratively across finance and wider business functions, demonstrating a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support wherever required.
About You
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Ideally 1-2 years' post-qualified experience within commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering or a related finance role.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, changing and growth-oriented environment.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in influencing business performance.
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to get involved across a variety of projects and business areas.
- Experience within retail, consumer, FMCG or a similarly dynamic sector would be advantageous, although not essential.
