My client is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team and provide high-quality legal support across a varied civil litigation caseload. Working alongside experienced solicitors, you will play an important role in supporting clients throughout the litigation process, helping to progress matters efficiently while maintaining the firm's commitment to clear, practical and cost-effective legal advice.

The Role

  • Supporting solicitors with a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
  • Drafting correspondence, legal documents and court documentation
  • Assisting with the preparation of pleadings, witness statements and evidence
  • Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, barristers, courts and other third parties
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with court procedures
  • Assisting with case preparation for hearings, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution
  • Providing clients with a professional and responsive service throughout their matter
  • Supporting the wider litigation team with general case management and administrative duties

About You

  • Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant preferred
  • Good knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court processes
  • Strong drafting, research and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a busy caseload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional and client-focused approach
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
