We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our clients growing engineering team, where you'll work across the full engineering lifecycle—from concept and calculations through to client support and product development.

The Role of Senior Civil Engineer
This varied position combines technical engineering support with innovative product development. You'll spend your time:
- Designing bespoke structural solutions and carrying out engineering calculations to British Standards and Eurocodes.
- Providing technical advice and engineering support to contractors, consultants and clients.
- Developing new products from concept through testing and implementation.
- Creating and improving engineering calculation tools and AI-driven design processes.
- Working closely with design, sales and operations teams to bring innovative products to market.
- Supporting prototype testing, validation and continuous product improvement.
- Delivering technical presentations and CPDs to clients.
- Supporting the Engineering Director and helping lead the engineering team when required.
About You
You'll ideally have
- BEng/BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Around 3+ years' experience in structural or civil engineering.
- Experience designing steel and concrete structures to Eurocodes/British Standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Experience with Auto CAD (Revit advantageous but not essential).
- A proactive attitude with an interest in innovation, product development and improving engineering processes.
