Residential Conveyancing Administrator – Marlow

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking for an Administrator to join its Residential Conveyancing team in Marlow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous residential conveyancing administration experience who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced property department and providing high-quality support to fee earners.
The Role
Working as part of the Residential Property team, you will provide essential administrative support throughout the conveyancing process.
Your responsibilities will include
- Opening new files on the case management system
- Using Info Track
- Assisting with ID, AML and Source of Funds checks
- Ordering property searches
- Scanning and processing incoming post
- Providing post-exchange administrative support
- Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
- Preparing and submitting AP1 applications
- Dealing with HM Land Registry requisitions
- Providing general administrative support to conveyancing fee earners
About You
To be considered, you will need previous experience within a conveyancing administration role.
You will also have:
- Good knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
- Excellent client care and customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and proactive approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
