About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, data-driven Supply Chain Planning Analyst (SCPA) to join a multi-million-dollar manufacturing operations facility in Desford. You will play a pivotal role in supporting large-scale New Product Introduction (NPI/MPI) programs, managing "Plan For Every Part" (PFEP) elements, and driving continuous improvement across a $1B+ global supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain planning activities for major NPI projects launching through 2027 (designing solutions for ~1,000 new parts and machines annually).
- Drive inventory optimization, material flow design, packaging strategies, and logistics continuous improvement.
- Support high-impact projects, including a major $1.5M RFID container tracking initiative across 150,000 assets.
- Manipulate complex data using advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, business cases) and present insights to cross-functional leadership.
- Collaborate closely with global suppliers, procurement, operations, and logistics teams across the UK, Europe, Americas, and Asia.
Requirements:
Experience: 4-5+ years in Supply Chain / Logistics / Planning within a Manufacturing / Production-line environment (Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Industrial, Aerospace, Packaging).
Core Skills: Proven working knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, PFEP, NPI/MPI, and Lean Logistics/Inventory Optimization.
Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities (data manipulation, business case building, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Power BI or SAP/ERP experience is advantageous.
Work Setup: Fully onsite in Desford. Must be a self-starter with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
