About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Damage Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with good organisational and customer service skills who are keen to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining vehicle damage packs.
  • Sending damage photographs and supporting documentation to approved body shops and suppliers for repair estimates.
  • Chasing body shops and suppliers for repair quotations and progress updates.
  • Updating internal systems with repair statuses and progress notes.
  • Monitoring outstanding repairs to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaising with internal departments regarding vehicle damage cases.
  • Collating repair findings and passing information to the Recharge Team for customer billing and cost recovery.
  • Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Damage and Fleet teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration experience desirable but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
