About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Damage Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with good organisational and customer service skills who are keen to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining vehicle damage packs.
- Sending damage photographs and supporting documentation to approved body shops and suppliers for repair estimates.
- Chasing body shops and suppliers for repair quotations and progress updates.
- Updating internal systems with repair statuses and progress notes.
- Monitoring outstanding repairs to ensure timely completion.
- Liaising with internal departments regarding vehicle damage cases.
- Collating repair findings and passing information to the Recharge Team for customer billing and cost recovery.
- Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Providing general administrative support to the Damage and Fleet teams.
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
