As Senior Transfer Pricing Manager, you will play a key strategic role in shaping, growing and delivering the firm's transfer pricing proposition. Operating as a senior adviser, you will combine technical leadership with commercial insight, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Leading the strategic delivery of complex UK and international transfer pricing engagements, ensuring advice is aligned with clients' commercial and operational objectives.
- Designing and implementing transfer pricing frameworks to support group operating models, restructurings, expansion and value creation.
- Advising clients on transfer pricing risk management in an evolving global regulatory environment.
- Collaborating with corporate tax, international tax, employment tax, audit and deal teams to deliver integrated advisory solutions.
- Acting as a senior point of contact for key clients, helping to deepen relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Contributing to the development of the firm's transfer pricing strategy, including service offering development, market positioning and thought leadership.
- Leading, mentoring and developing managers and junior team members, building a sustainable and high-performing team.
- Supporting business development activity, including proposals, presentations and strategic client discussions.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Significant transfer pricing experience gained within professional services or a complex in-house environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK and OECD transfer pricing principles, with the ability to apply them pragmatically and commercially.
- Experience operating at a senior advisory level, influencing client decisions and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- A track record of contributing to revenue growth and developing new client opportunities.
- The confidence to work across disciplines and lead multi-service engagements.
- Strong people leadership capabilities, with experience developing and mentoring teams.
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent), or be qualified by experience.
