The Corporate Tax team is a market-leading provider of technology-enabled tax compliance and integrated advisory services, working with prestigious clients across a wide range of industries, offering strategic insight and innovative solutions that go beyond traditional tax support.

Your new role as a Corporate Tax Compliance and Advisory Manager will play a key role in helping clients meet their UK and international tax obligations while managing tax impacts and identifying strategic opportunities. You'll work closely with their dedicated Compliance Services team and collaborate across the global network to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters
  • Managing corporate tax compliance, including tax return submissions and tax accounting/reporting
  • Leading and developing teams, mentoring colleagues, and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Identifying opportunities for new business through referrals, networking, and client engagement
  • Collaborating creatively to solve complex tax issues and deliver practical solutions

You'll work with clients ranging from multinationals to mid-tier companies, gaining exposure to a wide variety of sectors and technical challenges.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • A professional tax qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA or international equivalent) or equivalent work experience
  • Strong UK corporate tax knowledge, including reviewing tax computations and accounting disclosures
  • Experience advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters
  • Sound accounting knowledge and ability to interpret statutory accounts
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Business development experience and a proactive approach to identifying client opportunities
  • Confidence in discussing broader UK and global business issues with clients
