Our client provides a range of services across various asset classes and jurisdictions, including portfolio deal arrangement, deal monitoring and post-acquisition support, legal advisory, tax, finance, operations & treasury services, company secretariat and internal audit.
They have over 250 people working throughout their Professional Services team, across offices in Manchester, Dublin, Leeds, London, Luxembourg, Italy and Portugal.
They are looking for Legal Counsel - Real Estate & Real Estate Finance to join their Manchester team.
- Description
- As a Legal Counsel - Real Estate & Real Estate Finance your duties will include:
- Advise on a range of non-contentious commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and asset management matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate property documentation.
- Support transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Identify and manage risks associated with property transactions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to facilitate transaction delivery.
- Advise on property-backed lending and real estate finance transactions.
- Draft, review and negotiate finance documentation, security documentation and ancillary documents.
- Support transaction structuring, risk allocation and completion processes.
- Assist with funding and completion arrangements.
- Work closely with Investment, Credit and Asset Management teams on financing transactions.
