Your new role
You will join a busy and growing employment team, advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The role will involve supporting employers on day-to-day HR and employment law issues, managing Employment Tribunal matters, drafting and reviewing employment documentation, and providing strategic employment advice to a diverse client base.

This position offers exposure to high-quality work, regular client contact and the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise within a supportive and experienced team.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor with between 2 and 6 years PQE gained within employment law.

Applicants should have experience handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and possess strong communication, client management and drafting skills.

The successful candidate will be commercially aware, proactive in their approach and capable of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
