JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Solicitor

THE ROLE
- Join a well established, specialist litigation practice and develop your technical expertise in a firm renowned for its supportive and collaborative working culture.
- Manage a varied caseload of credit hire matters and advise clients from instruction through to resolution.
- Handle a wealth of litigated and pre-litigated claims, working alongside colleagues to deliver commercially focused advice and achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

THE CANDIDATE
- Applications are sought from NQ Solicitors and upwards who can demonstrate experience dealing with credit hire matters.
- The successful candidate will understand the litigation process and possess strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills.
- Confidence when managing an independent caseload is essential, coupled with an eagerness to take the next step alongside the support of an experienced team.
- Experience of motor claims, personal injury or insurance litigation would also be advantageous to the application process.
