As a result, the leadership team is seeking an experienced Accounts Partner who can play a central role in driving the next phase of expansion, helping to shape both the future of the office and the wider business.

The firm combines a long-established reputation, loyal client base and strong technical credentials with the support and resources of a larger group structure.

Whilst external investment has accelerated growth ambitions, the business continues to operate with a highly entrepreneurial culture, where local leadership remains firmly at the forefront of decision-making and strategic direction.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Partner to help build something significant, leading growth, developing people and influencing the future direction of the practice over the coming years.

This is not simply a portfolio management role.

  • Raising the profile and visibility of the firm across the North West through networking, thought leadership and relationship building.
  • Leading succession planning initiatives and helping to develop the next generation of leaders within the firm.
  • Recruiting, mentoring and developing talent to support the office's ambitious growth plans over the next 3-5 years.
  • Acting as a key ambassador for the business, culture and values of the firm.

This role offers genuine influence, autonomy and the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy within a business that is actively investing in its future.
