An excellent opportunity for experienced Interim RTA Litigators to join a busy claimant team in the North West. Due to a significant influx of new instructions from another firm, the business is looking to appoint five litigators who can quickly assess, qualify and progress portal claims.

Our client is an established legal services business with a busy claimant litigation practice. Continued growth and a substantial increase in new instructions have created multiple opportunities for experienced RTA professionals to join the team and provide immediate support.

The Interim RTA Litigator will be:

  • Managing a caseload of claimant RTA matters through the relevant portal process
  • Reviewing and qualifying new claims to assess prospects and appropriate next steps
  • Progressing matters efficiently from initial instruction through the claims process
  • Managing a high volume caseload while maintaining strong standards of client care and file management
  • Supporting the wider team with a significant influx of new claimant work

The Interim RTA Litigator should be:

  • Experienced in handling claimant RTA matters
  • Solicitor, CILEX, or non-qualified with experience
  • Confident managing claims through the relevant portal process
  • Able to review and qualify new matters independently
  • Comfortable working within a busy, high volume litigation environment
  • Able to start immediately or at very short notice

This is an excellent opportunity to secure an immediate interim assignment with an established legal services business experiencing a significant period of increased workflow. There are five positions available, offering hybrid working in the North West and an initial three month contract with potential for the assignment to continue beyond the initial term.
