We are currently seeking an experienced MET Technician to join our reputable client's team in Maldon, Essex.

Benefits of the MET Technician
- Competitive basic salary from £48,000 to £52,000, depending on experience
- Overtime paid at premium rates
- Monday to Friday working hours from 7am to 5pm
- Saturday work on a 1 in 3 rota, scheduled as overtime

Duties of the MET Technician
- Conduct maintenance and repair work on a diverse range of vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
- Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
- Perform Auto Electrician tasks and other Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim repairs
- Complete all work within designated timeframes, maintaining high quality standards
- Keep detailed records of all work undertaken
- Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements of the MET Technician
- Proven experience as a MET Technician or Auto Electrician
- Strong diagnostic capabilities and technical knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
- Flexibility to work scheduled overtime and Saturday shifts
