My client, a main dealer based in Maidstone, offers excellent career progression opportunities and is currently seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their established team in a busy Service Department.
This is a fantastic opportunity—interviews are available immediately.
You'll be joining a strong team as the fourth member of the department.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet and greet customers in the service reception
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service operations
- Book in vehicles and advise on the expected duration of repairs
- Maintain accurate service records and perform basic admin tasks
- Uphold a professional and well-presented appearance
- Apply your knowledge of the motor trade in day-to-day duties
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
- Friendly and professional attitude with strong communication skills
- Well-presented with a smart, professional appearance
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A full UK driving licence is essential
