Find Core are thrilled to be assisting an established legal practice with the recruitment of a Conveyancing Solicitor.

Permanent, full-time position. This role will be based in Lytham St Annes and optional Hybrid working. Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Draft and review contracts, transfer documents and other conveyancing documentation.
  • Deal with Stamp Duty Land Tax, post-completion matters and property registrations.
  • Provide clear and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure all matters comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
  • Manage deadlines effectively and ensure transactions progress in a timely manner.
  • Keep up to date with changes in property law and conveyancing practice.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of two years' PQE as a Conveyancing Solicitor, or qualified Level 6 Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Strong residential conveyancing experience across both freehold and leasehold matters.
  • Confident managing your own caseload independently.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong drafting and document-review ability.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Proficient using relevant legal case-management and IT systems.
