Are you a confident leader from a Health and Safety background with experience within manufacturing or engineering, who is looking to join a rapidly growing environmentally conscious manufacturer in a highly autonomous technical role which you can make your own?
On offer is a role with freedom and autonomy to lead yourself, taking on new challenges and implementing changes to establish yourself as a specialist in the field and to make your mark on a well-established SME. This company has a headcount of around 70 people and specialises in the manufacture of niche environmentally friendly products. They are looking for a strong leader to take charge, improve and maintain the Health and Safety and Quality functions in the business.
On offer is a role with a great level of autonomy, where you will lead the Health and Safety function with elements of Quality as well, working within an SME Manufacturer. The role would suit someone who is confident leading change, as well as a background in Health and Safety Management within the Engineering or Manufacturing sector.
