We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected dental laboratory looking to appoint a Dental Laboratory Sales Representative / Field Trainer.
This is a varied field-based role combining business development, account management and clinical training, giving you the opportunity to work closely with dental practices across the UK while helping them maximise the benefits of modern laboratory services and digital workflows.
The Role
As the face of the laboratory, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships and delivering engaging training sessions to clinicians and practice teams.
You'll play a key role in helping practices integrate digital workflows, improve communication with the laboratory and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with dental practices and clinicians across your territory.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring outstanding levels of service.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions and ongoing technical support within dental practices.
- Educate clinicians and practice teams on laboratory workflows, case submission and digital scanning processes.
- Support the successful onboarding of new clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the most appropriate laboratory solutions.
- Attend dental exhibitions, trade shows and educational events to promote the laboratory's services.
- Work closely with customer service, technical support and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity and sales reports.
About You

Ideally you'll have
- Previous experience in dental sales, dental nursing, treatment coordination or dental laboratory services.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence delivering training to clinicians and dental practice teams.
- A commercially minded approach with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.
- Knowledge of digital dentistry, intraoral scanners and digital workflows would be highly advantageous.
