An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UK operation of a rapidly expanding global automotive manufacturer as part of its growing Aftersales function.

Following significant investment and continued network expansion across the UK and Europe, we are seeking an experienced Warranty Specialist to take ownership of warranty governance, dealer support and claims compliance across a national retailer network.

This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive warranty professional looking to move into a manufacturer environment or further develop their OEM experience within a fast-growing international business.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Aftersales team, you will play a key role in ensuring warranty operations are managed effectively whilst supporting retailers to achieve the highest standards of compliance, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will act as the subject matter expert for warranty claims, audits, policy interpretation and process improvement activities across the dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, assess and approve warranty claims submitted by retailers
  • Ensure claims are compliant with warranty policies and manufacturer standards
  • Investigate and challenge irregular, inaccurate or potentially fraudulent claims
  • Monitor warranty spend, trends and performance metrics
  • Produce regular management information and warranty reporting
  • Support the development and implementation of warranty processes and policies
  • Deliver warranty training and support to dealer personnel
  • Conduct retailer warranty audits both remotely and on-site
  • Liaise with technical, parts and aftersales teams regarding warranty issues and campaign activity
  • Support product quality feedback and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We are keen to speak with individuals who possess

  • 3+ years' experience in automotive warranty operations
  • Experience processing, reviewing or auditing warranty claims
  • Strong understanding of dealer aftersales operations
  • Knowledge of labour operation coding, warranty submissions and claim validation
  • Experience working with DMS and warranty management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Particularly Relevant Backgrounds
