In this role, you will lead the Group's global technical function, providing strategic and operational leadership across engineering, product development, manufacturing and technical support for theatre projects. Working closely with international sales, project management and manufacturing teams, you will oversee new product development, support major global projects, develop technical standards and ensure the company's products continue to set the benchmark for quality, performance and innovation.

The Role:
- Leading the Group's global technical function across engineering, product development and technical support
- Providing expert technical guidance throughout the sales and project lifecycle
- Developing technical specifications, engineering drawings and installation methodologies
- Supporting major international projects with technical solutions, site inspections and problem resolution
- Leading new product development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working closely with manufacturing to improve product quality, performance and production efficiency
- Supporting sales teams with technical presentations, quotations and tender documentation
- Mentoring National Technical Managers and delivering technical training across the Group
- International leadership role with regular overseas travel
The Person:
- Technical Director, Head of Technical, Senior Technical Manager or similar
- Extensive Theatre flooring / carpentry experience
- Strong CAD and technical drawing experience
- Proven experience leading technical teams, product development and engineering projects
- Willing to travel internationally
