We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected law firm for a Team Administrator to join their thriving Securitisation team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and fast-paced department supporting a wide range of property finance transactions for housing providers, charities, care home operators, and private developers.
The Role
Working closely with Partners, Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Paralegals across multiple offices, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider team and play a key role in ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and document management.
- Handling post-completion registrations with the Land Registry and FCA.
- Reviewing and processing post-completion documentation.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and hard-copy files.
- Assisting with archiving and file management processes.
- Supporting marketing and business development activities when required.
- Managing workload priorities and updating internal stakeholders on progress.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- 1-2 years' experience in a legal administrative or similar support role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and internet applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to take initiative.
