To develop a close working relationship with our Partner Brokers, providing training and software consultancy and support on the Acturis platform and other IT solutions which Hedron Network deliver. This role will involve extensive travelling therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Accountabilities:
- Implementation and installation of the Acturis system for Partner Brokers
- Training on Acturis Hedron Network IT solutions
- Act as primary contact point for resolving broking and accounting issues
- Generate ideas and identify solutions that will help the Partner Brokers gain greater efficiency in their business and on their Acturis system
- Contribute to Hedron Network partner communications as required
- All processes and activities to be undertaken in a compliant manner in respect of TCF and other regulatory requirements
- Advise the Partner Brokers of new developments through visits and frequent communication
- Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from Partner Brokers
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of system developments
- Create and update bespoke document and report templates for the Partner Broker
- Run system reports and build bespoke reports as and when required
- Deliver training to new and existing Partner Brokers
- Promote services offered by Hedron Network where appropriate
- Deliver on personal annual objectives to a consistently high standard
- Review, update, identify and address opportunities for excellence/growth inline with Team objectives
- Go lives completed on time and to the satisfaction of the Partner Broker
- Projects delivered on time and to the satisfaction of the Partner Broker
- Cultivate and maintain consistently strong relationships with Partner Brokers, teammates and service providers
Skills and Experience:
- Primary focus: 'ownership' of a Panel of Partner Brokers using Acturis
- Internal Hedron Network Teams - support and collaborate as required
- 3rd Party Suppliers (esp. Acturis) - liaison as necessary
Education:
- Training qualification desirable
- Project management qualification advantageous
Skills:
- Acturis knowledge to 'Guru' level
- Excellent Training skills in both classroom and remote environments
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Self motivated and able to work on own initiative - readiness to take ownership of issues and needs for designated Partner Brokers
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills
- Good workload management and organisational skills to ensure that deadlines are met
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a consultative setting
- Ability to solve ad hoc problems and issues in a timely manner
Experience:
- Excellent working knowledge of Acturis to superuser level
- Background knowledge of other Partner Broker back-office systems
- Experience of UK GI Broking Industry and practices
- Experience of UK GI Broking accounts an advantage
