An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious FP&A Senior Manager to join the finance team in a commercially focused role.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for delivering financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making and driving the budgeting and forecasting process across the organisation.

This position would suit a recently qualified accountant with a background in financial planning and analysis who is looking to move into a more strategic, business-partnering role within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Producing insightful financial and commercial analysis for senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting strategic projects and business growth initiatives.
  • Developing management reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Partnering with departments across the business to support informed decision-making.
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Approximately 2+ years' post-qualified experience.
  • Experience within FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach.
