An international professional services firm is seeking a Senior Events Executive to deliver a varied programme of high-impact corporate events, hospitality and virtual experiences that strengthen client relationships and support business development objectives. Working within a centralised events team, the successful candidate will partner with Business Development, Brand and Marketing teams, alongside senior stakeholders, to plan and execute engaging, on-brand events across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver end-to-end corporate events, including seminars, webinars, conferences, roundtables, exhibitions and client hospitality.
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with business development priorities.
- Manage event logistics, suppliers, budgets, invitations, CRM data and post-event reporting.
- Ensure consistent branding, governance and best practice across all events.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide expert event guidance.
- Travel internationally when required to oversee event delivery.
Requirements
- 3-4 years' experience delivering multiple corporate events in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Proven experience managing logistics, suppliers, budgets, invitations and attendee management.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, email marketing and event management platforms.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering virtual and hybrid events is advantageous.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong client-focused approach.
