The role is commercial and product-focused rather than a traditional accounting position, and works directly with the Retail President for North Europe and the wider leadership team to shape strategy, planning and performance across the store network. • Analyse turnover by store, product, category and country across Retail and Outlet channels, working closely with Retail Merchandising and Retail Management.

  • Provide monthly inventory position and sell through updates.

  • Significant experience in a commercial controlling or business partnering role, ideally within an international organisation.

  • The gravitas, presence and confidence to build credibility with senior leadership and hold your own in robust discussion.
  • Strong Excel skills, with SAP and Power BI experience an advantage.
  • Fluent English; Italian language skills are desirable but not required.
