- Supporting period-end close, financial reporting and financial control activities across EMEA entities.
- Maintaining general ledger integrity, ensuring balances are accurately reconciled and compliant with relevant accounting standards.
- Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts and annual financial statements under FRS102, while managing audit deliverables and stakeholder relationships.
- Supporting revenue recognition across a range of income streams, including management fees, performance fees, commissions and pooled fund structures.
- Preparing technical accounting analysis and contributing to the assessment and implementation of new accounting standards and business initiatives.
- Assisting with regulatory and capital reporting requirements, including submissions to relevant regulators.
- Building strong relationships with investment teams, global finance functions and external partners to ensure effective financial governance.
- Promoting a strong risk and controls culture through the identification of control enhancements and operational improvements.
- Contributing to finance transformation, process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives, challenging existing ways of working to drive efficiency and create capacity for higher-value activities.
- Supporting cross-functional projects and other ad hoc finance and business initiatives.

- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred)
- Proven financial accounting and financial control experience within the investment management sector
- Previous Big 4 experience is highly advantageous
- Strong experience preparing statutory financial statements and managing external audit processes
- Excellent finance systems knowledge and process-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to demanding deadlines
