The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the Sales Reporting Specialist will be responsible for creating and developing the sales reporting function from the ground up.
You'll transform complex data into meaningful business intelligence, ensuring both field teams and senior leadership have the insights needed to drive performance and support growth.
You'll also manage supplier relationships and tender processes, helping to enhance key business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the sales reporting suite.
- Produce management packs and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Create dashboards using Power BI, Excel and VBA.
- Analyse large datasets and identify key trends.
- Produce and distribute retailer performance reports.
- Manage weekly sales forecasting.
- Act as the key contact for external suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and service delivery.
- Manage tender processes for new suppliers.
- Continuously improve reporting and business insight capabilities.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in an analytical or data-driven role.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; VBA experience preferred.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working from a West London office five days per week.
