The Role
An opportunity has arisen to join a specialist Property Bridging team in London, supporting a high-volume caseload of short-term lending and secured property transactions.
This role is suited to a Paralegal with property experience in property bridging finance who is keen to work in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
You will play a key role in bridging finance matters, working closely with lenders, brokers, and borrowers to ensure transactions are progressed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Bridging Finance & Secured Lending
- Manage a caseload of bridging finance transactions from instruction through to completion
- Draft and review loan agreements, security documents, debentures, and personal guarantees
- Review title documentation, searches, and valuations in line with lender requirements
- Liaise with underwriters to satisfy pre-completion conditions
- Act for lenders and/or borrowers, providing clear and practical legal support
- Identify risks and ensure transactions are structured in a commercially sound manner
- Maintain momentum on files to meet tight completion deadlines
- Property & Conveyancing Support
- Handle or support residential and commercial property transactions linked to finance matters
- Review contracts and reports on title where required
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, brokers, and third parties
- Ensure files are compliant with AML and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records

- Paralegal with experience in Bridging Finance.
