A highly respected Lloyd's Broker with a superb market reputation has an opening for a Premium Technician to join their Central Technical Team. Key Responsibilities

  • Experience of the technical process (insurance, reinsurance or binders)
  • Handling mainly Non Marine business (the client is willing to consider any class of business)
  • Handling multiple territories across US & International regions
  • Complete premium processing requests on Sequel Eclipse Broking accurately and within the Service Level Agreements (SLA's) agreed with the business
  • Produce accurate and complete client and market documentation
  • Processing and producing premium and risk bordereaux and submitting to the IMR
  • Advising on relevant taxes to be used and production of tax schedules
  • Providing technical assistance to Brokers and Account Executives

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience of the technical process (insurance, reinsurance or binders) essential and knowledge of Xchanging
  • Knowledge of multiple territories preferred
  • Good communicator with wide ranging technical knowledge who can contribute to the team effectively with a good work ethic
  • All applicants must have a permanent right to work in the UK
