We're currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician for our client covering North London, South London and Kent.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a Maintenance Technician / Multi Trade.
Candidates must be a UK Resident.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities for the role of Maintenance Technician
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Conduct regular inspections of flats and properties to identify maintenance needs
- Perform general repairs including simple plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers
- Carry out routine servicing of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems
- Maintain and repair household appliances, locks, doors, and windows
- Ensure that communal areas and external grounds are well maintained
- Work with external contractors when necessary for specialised repairs
- Keep records of maintenance work completed and report any major issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients or other departments
