Our client is seeking a commercially minded M&A Tax Manager to join its growing Transaction Tax team, working on a broad range of domestic and cross-border deals for an impressive and diverse client base.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded tax team, where you'll play a key role in advising private equity funds, corporates, search funds and other investors on acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and transaction structuring.

You'll lead transaction tax workstreams from initial due diligence through to completion, providing clear, pragmatic advice throughout the deal lifecycle.

The role will see you preparing and reviewing tax due diligence reports, advising on transaction structures, reviewing legal documentation including SPAs, warranties and tax covenants, and working closely with internal deal teams, legal advisers and clients.

You'll also have the opportunity to manage international tax teams on cross-border transactions while coaching and developing junior colleagues.

Our client is looking for a qualified tax professional with at least three years' M&A transactions experience and strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation.

Applications are welcomed from candidates who are ATT, ACCA, ACA, CTA or similarly qualified.

Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
