This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and proactive Legal PA to join one of the UK's leading law firms.
Supporting a highly successful Commercial Disputes team of 2 Partners and 5 Associates, you'll become an integral part of a busy practice known for handling complex, high-profile litigation matters with some of the most familiar brands around.
Oh and their fee earners don't have billing targets to make your life that little bit easier!
The Role
- Managing complex diaries, inboxes and meeting schedules, ensuring fee earners remain organised and focused on delivering exceptional client service.
- Coordinating UK and international travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries and handling associated logistics.
- Producing, amending and proof-reading business-critical legal documents, presentations and spreadsheets to the highest standards.
- Supporting billing processes, including pre-bill management, invoice coordination and liaison with revenue and credit control teams.
- Assisting with business development activities, client events, pitches, CRM management and legal directory submissions.
- What They're Looking For
- Previous Legal PA or Legal Secretary experience within a law firm environment.
- Ideally a litigation or disputes background.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced practice.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with Partners, fee earners and clients.
- Advanced IT skills, including Word, Power Point and Excel, with exceptional document production capabilities.
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach, coupled with excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
