As the firm's London Corporate practice continues to thrive, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Legal Executive Assistant to support one of their most respected Partners and other fee earners within the team.

This role will suit a forward thinking, commercially minded Legal EA who thrives on taking ownership, anticipating needs and wants to play an integral part in the continued success of the team.

The Role

  • Managing complex diary, inbox and business priorities, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple clients, matters and jurisdictions.
  • Coordinating international travel, meetings, events and client engagements, providing comprehensive logistical support and anticipating last-minute changes.
  • Supporting client billing, matter management, new client onboarding processes, AML and conflicts procedures, liaising closely with internal teams.
  • Preparing, amending and formatting high-quality corporate documentation, presentations and client materials with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
