An excellent media & entertainment law firm, with a history of dealing with high-profile clients and cases, is seeking a proactive and ambitious Junior Legal Secretary to join its thriving London office.

You will work closely with fee earners and senior support professionals helping to ensure the smooth running of the department, whilst gaining invaluable experience and insight making this an ideal next step for anyone looking to build on their legal career.

The Role

  • Providing comprehensive legal secretarial support, including file opening and closing, document formatting, billing administration and document management.
  • Assisting with property transactions, including Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions, post-completion formalities and property searches.
  • Managing diaries, organising meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and handling team communications.
  • Supporting lawyers with client correspondence, telephone enquiries and ensuring a professional and responsive service at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems and assisting with wider departmental projects and business support activities.
  • What They're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a legal secretary, legal administrative or professional services support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence producing professional legal documentation.

  • Commercial or residential property law experience would be beneficial.
