I'm working with a high growth PE backed business that is looking for an experienced Interim Treasury Manager to join its finance team.

Backed by a leading private equity investor, the business is going through an exciting period of growth and needs someone who can take ownership of the treasury function, strengthen cash management and provide clear visibility across liquidity and funding.

This is a hands on opportunity for someone who can make an immediate impact, work closely with senior stakeholders and help build a robust treasury function that can support the business as it continues to scale.

As Interim Treasury Manager, you will take ownership of the day to day treasury function, overseeing cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships and treasury reporting.

You will work closely with the CFO, Finance Director and wider finance team to ensure the business maintains strong cash visibility and effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own daily cash management and liquidity across the business
  • Lead short and medium term cash flow forecasting and reporting
  • Manage banking relationships, payments and treasury operations
  • Monitor funding, debt facilities, interest and covenant requirements
  • Strengthen treasury controls, processes and reporting
  • Provide senior management and PE stakeholders with clear cash and liquidity insight

About You

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or ACT
  • Proven treasury experience within a complex or high growth environment
  • Strong cash flow forecasting and liquidity management experience
  • Experience managing banking relationships and debt facilities
  • Strong understanding of treasury controls and financial risk
  • Experience within a PE backed business is highly desirable
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently and making an immediate impact
  • Immediately available or available at short notice
