Interim Management Accountant.

Morgan Mckinley are partnering with a world wide hospitality business who have been operating for more than 30 + years.

As they continue to grow they are seeking an immediately available Fully Qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team in London on a 6 month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded accountant to take ownership of management reporting and play a key role in providing financial insight to the wider business.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across month end, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, while helping to strengthen processes and reporting across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the month end close and preparation of management accounts
  • Prepare detailed variance analysis and investigate key movements
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
  • Produce accurate and insightful management information
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide commercial insight

About You

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Part qualified candidates will not be considered
  • Previous hospitality industry experience is essential
  • Immediately available or available on a maximum one week notice period
  • Strong month end, management reporting and financial analysis experience
  • Excellent budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills
  • Strong Excel and financial systems experience
  • Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
