We are looking for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join a fast-paced, private equity-backed storage business in West London for an initial 3-month assignment.

This is a highly hands-on role, focused on the delivery of month-end close, management accounts and core financial reporting.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of the numbers and work effectively in a demanding PE-backed environment.

The Role

You will take a hands-on approach to the monthly finance cycle, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while providing strong financial control and insight to the wider business.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Owning and delivering the month-end close process.
  • Preparing accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
  • Producing financial reporting and analysis for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Reviewing P&L performance, investigating variances and providing meaningful commentary.
  • Supporting the business with financial analysis and reporting as required.
  • Ensuring robust financial controls and data integrity throughout the reporting process.
  • Working closely with the wider finance team to deliver a smooth and efficient month-end.
  • Supporting the business in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment where deadlines and accuracy are critical.

About You

We're looking for a proven Interim Finance Manager who is comfortable being hands-on and getting into the detail.

You will ideally have

  • Strong experience delivering month-end and management accounts.
  • Excellent financial reporting and analytical skills.
  • Essential: hands-on Net Suite experience.
  • Availability to work 3 days per week from the West London office.
