I'm working with a high growth and established business that is looking for a talented Finance Analyst to join its finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded analyst to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing high quality financial analysis and insight to support key business decisions.

You'll play an important role across management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, with the opportunity to add real value and develop your experience within a fast paced finance function.

As a Finance Analyst, you'll be responsible for analysing financial and operational performance, producing insightful reporting and supporting the wider finance team with budgeting and forecasting.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand performance, identify trends and turn financial data into clear and actionable insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate financial and management reporting
  • Analyse financial and operational performance and identify key trends
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
  • Produce detailed variance analysis and investigate movements
  • Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools
  • Partner with Finance and wider business teams to provide commercial insight

About You

  • Previous experience within a Finance Analyst, FP&A or commercial finance role
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical ability
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Immediately available or available at short notice
