An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretarial Assistant Manager to join a dynamic, client-focused professional services environment for a 6 month FTC. You'll manage a diverse portfolio across sectors including real estate, technology, media and family offices, with exposure to complex governance and transactional work. Hybrid working is offered, with 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios and oversee statutory compliance and entity management
  • Lead on complex share transactions, including subdivisions, reclassifications, transfers, issues and buybacks
  • Prepare and review board minutes, resolutions and governance documentation
  • Build strong client relationships and provide proactive governance advice
  • Mentor junior colleagues and support process improvements

Key Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' company secretarial, legal or governance experience
  • Strong Diligent Entities experience
  • Solid knowledge of UK company law and corporate governance
  • Strong transactional experience and client management skills
  • CGI qualification/study desirable, but not essential
