This is a rare opportunity to design and build a global function from the ground up.
Our client are moving Accounts Payable from a patchwork of regional operations into a single, world-class globally governed model – and we're looking for the leader to make it happen.

You'll join our Financial Control team, working alongside brilliant people across the business and reporting to the Director of Financial Control & Reporting.
You'll sit right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers – today and tomorrow.
- WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Design and implement the future global AP operating model – scalable, standardised processes that balance global consistency with the right amount of local market flexibility.
- Lead the transformation of end-to-end AP operations – simplifying regional variations, embedding robust controls and ensuring compliance with internal policies, audit requirements and local regulatory obligations.
- Drive technology and process improvement – partnering with Technology to define the AP roadmap, enhance automation and improve operational efficiency across the global function.
- Lead the transition to the future model – ensuring successful implementation, business continuity and effective change management throughout.
- Build a high-performing global AP function – establishing performance frameworks, using management information to drive continuous improvement, and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and operational excellence.
- WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A qualified accountant or qualified by experience with significant experience leading Accounts Payable or Finance Operations in complex, global organisations.
- Proven expertise in AP transformation – designing shared services or global business service models, standardising end-to-end processes and managing multi-country, multi-entity AP operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of Accounts Payable, financial controls and governance, with experience across audit, compliance, fraud prevention and AP automation technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication and change management skills – able to influence senior stakeholders, lead large-scale transformation and build strong partnerships across Finance, Technology and the wider business.
- A people-focused leadership style, with a track record of developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
