We're partnering with a globally recognised international NGO to recruit a Financial Accounting & Audit Manager.
This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of statutory financial reporting and external audit within a large, complex international environment.
Reporting into the Head of Financial Control, you'll lead a specialist financial accounting team whilst working closely with finance colleagues across multiple countries to strengthen reporting, improve audit readiness and embed best practice.
This is far more than a traditional financial accounting role.

- Review key financial reporting areas including VAT, tax and statutory returns, ensuring robust governance and compliance.
- Coach and develop a small financial accounting team, creating capacity through effective delegation and development.
- Support the implementation of a new ERP system by shaping future financial accounting processes and controls.
