We are looking for a domestic major loss adjuster to deal with claims over £100k. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of claims from instruction to completion, ensuring that the best possible outcome is achieved for both the customer and the company. You will also be required to visit homes and sites to assess the damage, define the project plan, and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the claim.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in domestic loss adjusting, preferably with exposure to major losses
- A CILA qualification or evidence of progression towards it
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A customer-focused and professional attitude
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
