An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design & Production Specialist to join the marketing and business development team of a leading international professional services firm.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented design professional with experience producing high-quality marketing, pitch and digital materials in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with marketing and business development teams, you will help create compelling client-facing collateral while ensuring brand consistency and quality across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and artwork marketing, pitch and business development materials.
  • Create brochures, credentials documents, campaign assets and presentations.
  • Develop digital content for websites, social media, email campaigns and internal communications.
  • Ensure all materials meet brand, design and quality standards.
  • Support pitch production, marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver projects on time.

About You

  • Experience creating marketing and client-facing materials, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong skills in Adobe In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
  • Excellent layout, typography and artworking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to tight deadlines.
  • Photography, video editing or animation skills would be advantageous.
