Looking to take the next step in your Corporate Tax career with a firm that combines complex advisory work, international clients and genuine progression? We're recruiting a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join a growing London team, working closely with Partners to deliver both compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, large groups and UK subsidiaries of international organisations.

The Role

  • You'll manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, taking responsibility for compliance while advising on a broad range of complex tax matters.
  • Working directly with Partners, you'll build strong client relationships and play a key role in delivering high-quality technical advice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients and group compliance
  • Reviewing corporation tax computations, returns and tax accounting disclosures
  • Advising on complex tax issues including transfer pricing, hybrid mismatch rules, corporate interest restriction, CbCR, SAO and group relief
  • Supporting advisory projects covering reorganisations, demergers, share schemes, EIS/SEIS, R&D and disposals
  • Managing budgets, WIP and billing
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development

About You

  • You'll ideally have ACA or CTA qualifications
  • At least five years' corporate tax compliance and advisory experience
  • Experience managing a client portfolio and delivering advisory work
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
