An ambitious and growing law firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its collaborative Corporate team.

The successful Corporate Paralegal will support M&A transactions and corporate advisory matters, while taking ownership of their own files and client workstreams.
- The Corporate Paralegal's Role
- Supporting M&A transactions and corporate advisory work
- Drafting transaction and ancillary documentation
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Managing your own files and client work
- Building relationships with PE houses and portfolio companies
- Managing client workstreams and transaction processes
- Drafting board minutes, resolutions and investor consent letters
- Preparing and managing Companies House filings
- Reviewing and negotiating NDAs
- Managing loan note listing processes
- Preparing material contract summaries
- Maintaining accurate corporate records and document management
- Assisting with transaction completions, including searches and execution via Docu Sign
- Providing direct client support and maintaining excellent client service
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- The Corporate Paralegal
- 1+ year of paralegal experience, ideally within a Corporate team
- Genuine interest in Corporate Law and a desire to build a long-term career in the area
- Strong understanding of corporate transactions and legal documentation
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Able to manage competing priorities and take ownership of work
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proactive, commercially minded and keen to learn
