The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a growing team, advising a diverse and impressive client base including high-net-worth individuals, property investors, developers, luxury retail brands and corporate clients. The role covers a broad and high-value caseload, including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property finance transactions
- Commercial property support on corporate acquisitions, disposals and restructurings
- General asset management work
There is significant client contact from the outset, with the opportunity to work closely alongside Partners on a varied, high-quality caseload while managing your own experience-appropriate matters and client relationships, backed by Partner support.
The Ideal Candidate
- UK qualified Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with 4 PQE+
- Experience gained at a respected City, West End or highly regarded regional firm
- Strong technical grounding across acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, property finance and corporate support transactions
- Exposure to HNWIs, investors, developers, luxury retail brands or similar commercial clients advantageous
- A collaborative, team-led approach and genuine enthusiasm for business development
- A proactive, commercial mindset with the ambition to help grow both the department and your own practice
