The Opportunity
An established London law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing Commercial Property team.
The successful candidate will advise a broad range of clients, including property investors, developers, owner-managed businesses, corporate occupiers, lenders and high-net-worth individuals.
This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded practice undertaking a varied mix of investment, development, asset management and landlord and tenant work, with significant client exposure and responsibility from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, licences and asset management issues.
- Supporting clients on development projects and investment transactions.
- Advising on real estate finance matters for borrowers and lenders.
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Working closely with colleagues across corporate, construction, planning and dispute resolution teams.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.
