  • Description
  • Provide commercial finance support to senior leaders, helping translate financial data into clear business insights and actions.
  • Take ownership of monthly management reporting, with a focus on performance, profitability, operational KPIs and key business drivers.
  • Work closely with budget holders to understand performance against plan, challenge assumptions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain financial models and analysis to support pricing, tenders, investment decisions and wider strategic initiatives.
  • Play a key role in the annual budget and forecasting cycle, ensuring financial plans reflect the underlying operational strategy.
  • Evaluate the financial performance of contracts and business areas, identifying opportunities to improve margin, efficiency and cash generation.
  • Support senior management and shareholders with ad hoc analysis, scenario modelling and value creation projects.
  • Assist with due diligence, transaction preparation and other PE-related initiatives as required.

  • Qualified accountant or QBE with experience across commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering.
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to turn financial data into clear commercial insight.
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and influencing decisions.
  • Solid experience across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and profitability analysis.
  • Commercially astute, with an understanding of contracts, pricing, margins and operational performance.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-site or PE-backed businesses would be advantageous.
