An exciting new opportunity for a Client Service Coordinator has arisen within a rapidly growing medium sized Accountancy Practice in Central London.
This highly ambitious practice boast a vibrant working culture, in a state of the art office.
This role is well suited to Operations Assistants/Manager, Customer Service Professionals, and administrators, ideally with experience working for an accountancy or financial practice.
You will help create an exceptional, responsive client experience whilst keeping the day-to-day operation of the practice running smoothly.

- Client Service and Operations Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting, including invoicing, supplier payments, reconciliations, aged debtors and regular KPI reporting.
- Support day-to-day operations through workflow coordination, resource management, meeting organisation and proactive escalation of issues or blockers.
- Provide a high standard of client service by responding promptly to queries, preparing scopes of work and business terms, and taking ownership of requests through to resolution.
- Coordinate client onboarding and disengagement, ensuring documentation, company forms, confirmation statements, dividend vouchers and other required records are completed accurately.
- Support tax and compliance processes, including YEAs, CTRs, ITRs, P11Ds, HMRC queries, tax payment reminders, AML checks and client due diligence requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and systems, including uploading files to CCH, managing team mailboxes and producing daily and weekly reports to support effective team working.
- Support recruitment, employee onboarding, marketing and wider business development activities, contributing to the firm's growth and operational objectives.
- Promote a collaborative and accountable team environment by supporting colleagues, managing actions and follow-ups, sharing feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

- Any experience working for an accountancy practice, or within financial services, is beneficial but not essential
- Must have experience in an administrative, or HR, or Operations, or Customer Service role
- Should be comfortable working within a team, and collaborating with different departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, and are comfortable learning new systems and software
- Should be a proactive, dependable, and service minded individual, with strong attention to detail.

- Salary depending on experience, but can range from £35,000-£45,000
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off, and option to purchase additional holiday

- Mon-Fri 7:30am-16:30 pm (can flex to 8:30am-5:30pm)
