City of London (Central London)

£28,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + Hybrid + Flexitime + Private Medical Insurance

Are you a recent Graduate in Civil Engineering looking to join a multi-disciplinary Civil and Structural Engineering design service offering flexible working hours, and an ICE approved 2-year development scheme to kick-start your career? This Civil and Structural design specialist works across a range of sectors including Logistics & Manufacturing, Development Infrastructure and Residential. Working with clients such as Savills, CBRE and Mclaren, this design expert has seen continued growth and is looking for their next graduate to progress through the ranks.

In this role, you will work on a huge range of projects including groundworks, transport planning, building support and geotechnical engineering. You will support Project Engineers in preparing drawings, calculations and reports all while building your own knowledge of design and design software.

This role would suit a Graduate Civil Engineer looking to join an established Civil and Structural design company with an ICE approved development scheme to give you the best possible start to your career.

The role:

  • Supporting project engineers in preparing drawings, calculations, reports and design documents
  • Completing site visits to review project constraints and the construction process
  • Building your knowledge of design software and industry standards
  • Monday to Friday, 7.5 hour days (10am-4pm core hours)
  • ICE approved 2-year development scheme

The Person:

  • Recent Graduate Civil Engineer or similar
  • Willing to commute to office 4 days a week in Islington
